Some may still hold on to the days when mixing prints was considered a fashion faux pas, but not I. I am long past the misconception that prints are to be stand alone; I happen to love mixing prints, patterns, and textures that do not belong together to make an unexpected, statement-making outfit. I have always loved doing this, as evidenced in my Caviar & Cashmere Scarf Collection. Eccentric, bold, and unpredictable ensembles have not only been seen on me and my designs, but also on the runway this season. To take a fashion risk and walk on the adventurous side of fashion, I’ve put together a how-to guide for mixing prints this season. The easiest way to master this for a beginner is just to add an already mixed print piece, like my Tribal Mix Scarf.
