Gordon Ramsay Street Burger
Fouled mouthed favourite UK chef Gordon Ramsay has opened up a new burger fast food venture since the pandemic happened. Already having six opened up in London within the last year, named Gordon Ramsay Street Burger of course. Having visited his other business The Narrow, I knew to expect quality food.
Gordan Ramsay Street burger High Street Kensington Location
Having visited the Design Museum for Sneakers Unboxed: Studio to Street, there was a special Sneakers Unboxed ‘Street Burger’ Deal for entry to the museum and a meal at Gordon Ramsay Street Burger for only £25.
Hitting up the High Street Kensington location, minutes away from the Design Museum. As with all of his Street Burger sites, the interior design is full of London Street graffiti art, popping neon signs, industrial style fixtures.
On the menu £15 Street Burger deal
From the moment you step inside the doors, staff will attend to you. There was plenty of seating during the lunchtime weekday visit. You can scan or ask for the menu, it’s straightforward for £15, get a signature burger, seasoned fries and an unlimited drink for £15. Upgrades to the fries, extras for the burgers, comes as an extra cost. Snacks like onion rings, mixed nuts, mixed olives, and dessert options are also available.

B.G.R – Lake District beef, smoked cheese, house relish & salad
#Bae – Lake District beef, treacle cured bacon, over easy egg, tomato relish
Hell’s Kitchen burger – Lake District beef, jalapeño & Padron salsa, smoked sriracha sauce, smoked cheese
JFC burger – Jocky’s fried chicken, chilli spiced buttermilk chicken, hash brown, iceberg, jfc sauce
Not So Simple – mushroom burger, vegan cheese, house relish & salad
Where’s The Lamb – Herdwick lamb patty, mint yoghurt, roasted piquillo peppers
Butternut bhaji – butternut squash & courgette, masala, mango chutney, coriander & mint yoghurt
The food
Going for the Where’s The Lamb, it didn’t take long for the kitchen to prepare. I was only a few metres away from the open kitchen and can see staff at the different stations cooking. The unlimited drinks are self-serve, head over to the drink machine and the touch screen has the usual coke/diet coke/Fanta/sprite and water.
Served on a metal tray, with branded greaseproof paper, and a sticker of your chosen burger along with the season fries. I must say the actual burger was smaller than expected but was stacked with the thick Herdwick lamb patty, roasted piquillo pepper, red onions and overflowing yoghurt mint sauce. Yoghurt mint sauce was highly addictive, I scraped every bit off that paper. Lamb patty was also well seasoned and fries were still piping hot.
The service was great, different staff would time up every 2 minutes to ask if things are ok. Maybe a bit too excessive. There seems to be only one unisex toilet placed at an awkward spot near the front entrance of the restaurant.
