Reigning Queen of Pop Taylor Swift and her boyfriend, Joe Alwyn, are the ultimate power couple. Despite their A-list status, the pair has kept their relationship mostly out of the spotlight since getting together in 2017.
The U.K. native is a working actor, having starred in multiple movies including The Favourite, Mary Queen of Scots and Harriet. Joe also became an international heartthrob when he debuted as a Prada model for the brand’s “Ascension” collection in spring 2018.
Although the two remain tight-lipped about their romance, Joe is one of Taylor’s main inspirations behind her music — and he doesn’t mind at all! The British talent finds it “flattering” that he’s Taylor’s muse, according to a December 2019 interview with The Sunday Times.
Later, in March 2020, a source revealed to Us Weekly how serious Taylor and Joe already were, noting they’ve “talked about their future and marriage.”
“They don’t have a set deadline in place, but they’re very much in love,” the insider said at the time. “Taylor considers Joe one of the only safe constants in her life. He has always been a huge support and stuck by her.”
While they haven’t announced an engagement yet, it appears the lovebirds have remained inseparable since they first started dating and fans of the “Speak Now” singer have been hoping for Joe to be the Romeo to Taylor’s Juliet.
