We’re All adidas Forum Fans Now Thanks to A$AP Rocky

A$AP Rocky took to Instagram to tease what many are suspecting to be an upcoming Prada x adidas Originals Forum Low. Prada and adidas have worked on the Superstar, as well as a performance take on the America’s Cup sneaker, since the groundbreaking partnership was announced in 2019. The Forum Low would be Prada and adidas’ third collaborative sneaker model.

While far from officially confirmed, the release of a “Pradidas” Forum Low would fall in line with adidas’ strategy over the past year, which has seen the German sportswear giant focus heavily on the silhouette. The Forum Low, which was first released in 1984, was relaunched and pushed with collaborations, OG colorways, and special editions over the past year.

Although it could take a while before Prada and adidas give us official confirmation of the project, Pretty Flacko made it pretty obvious when he captioned his gallery of photos with “PRA-DI-DAS?”. The Forum looks to be crafted using high-quality leather on the upper and features embossed Prada branding on the tongue. The highlight of the sneakers is almost certainly the two Prada bags that look to be attached to the Forum’s iconic strap. It’s still unclear if the bags are part of the sneaker, or if A$AP Rocky added those himself. The sneaker arrives in all white, though if the release is anything like the Superstar drop, we could be seeing more colorways soon.

A$AP Rocky is known for favoring clean, no-frills classic sneakers, as he’s often seen wearing general release Vans or adidas Sambas when out and about. His footwear collaborations include projects with Vans and the ’00s skateboarding-inspired Under Armour shoe.

Take a look at the rumored upcoming collaboration above and stay tuned for more details.
